Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is ideally located in upper Old Quebec City in the center of the restaurant strip, making it very convenient for my trip. The rooms were drafty due to the poor state of the windows, but despite that, they were still comfortable. The service was pleasant, but I had a small issue with double-charging on my currency debit card. The dining options were minimal, and the dining area was not available on the first day, which was disappointing.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with good amenities; however, I found the service to be lacking in respect and assistance. The location is great if you enjoy the nightlife, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars, but it can get noisy. The dining options were decent, with a good breakfast selection. Overall, it's a decent choice but with some areas needing improvement.
The hotel is located just outside Old Quebec, amongst the restaurants along the Grande Allee. While it offers a bustling atmosphere and proximity to Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham, the nighttime noise from a nearby nightclub may disturb light sleepers. The service was very attentive throughout our stay, although the lack of elevators could be challenging for guests with mobility issues.
The hotel is like a hidden gem in the heart of Quebec City, offering comfortable rooms with a touch of luxury. The service was outstanding, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The central location provided easy access to all the main attractions, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a great choice for those seeking a convenient and cozy stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room with a queen size bed was so cozy; it wasn't your typical cookie-cutter room, but it had a nice touch with exposed brick walls, a fireplace, and tasteful furnishings. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, always made up by the early afternoon when we returned. The location is excellent, right on Grande Allee, one of Quebec City's best streets, close to everything, including the old city and historic areas. Despite these fantastic aspects, the dining experience, which was not included in the room rate, was a bit disappointing as the breakfast had a lot of meat options which I don't eat. However, being just 500 meters from the old city wall and on Rue Grande Allee made up for it. The service was excellent, especially with our request for a late check-out, but it lacked attention upon arrival. Overall, a great value for money with a convenient location.
